Laskaridia secedes as protected state.

Laskaridia, a city formerly a Juniperian crown land has been made a protectorate after Sean Jenaraine, former PM was made Governor-General. Laskaridia has long been a cultural centre of micronational history, being the capital of the Mogunesian Empire (2017-2019), and the Ruisseauan Confederation (2019-2020). The choice was made by the Privy Council and was given assent by Athena II.
